Choose embroidery or digital printing for the front
For machine or 3D embroidery, set logo dimensions, thread shades, relief, stitch coverage, backing and front-panel location. For digital printing, confirm artwork size, colors, coverage, ink and finish compatible with the selected surface.
Approve fabric and the requested pattern
Select the actual canvas, velour or corduroy construction and request polyester percentages by component. Specify weave, pile or ribs, thickness, finish, any coating or laminate, lining, band, front backing and support.
Agree any requested animal, cartoon, character, color-blocking, fruit or other pattern with its colors and placement. Confirm the supplied logo configuration and any fitted button, or choose plain supply on the approved construction.

- Record laser-hole locations, dimensions and edge finish around the artwork.
- Specify rope material, thickness, position and attachment on the actual cap.

Measure bill shape with the selected artwork
Record bill width and projection and approve actual curvature and firmness. Review the crown and artwork at the chosen buckle setting; no numeric fit range is established.
Verify waterproofing for the chosen decoration
For waterproofing, obtain matching methods, conditions and results identifying actual holes, seams, finish, rope, pattern and selected print or embroidery. Agree cleaning, drying, color care and storage supporting the approved bill, crown and artwork.
