Custom Fedora Hats for Your Fashion Collection
A fedora can give a collection a clear focal shape. We work from your requirements, drawings and material direction to develop custom hats in China. Bring the crown crease, brim proportions and branding you want, and we can review the complete design as a product for your own customer.

Draw the Crown from Front and Side
A pinch, crease and crown height work together to define the silhouette. Show their relationship in consistent drawing views. Include the intended wearing position and any detail that makes your design recognisable. This gives us a more precise review point than asking for a general fedora appearance.

Choose the Material as Its Own Decision
Our brimmed references include different material descriptions, including wool and polyester styles. Select the exact requirement for your project. A felted-looking surface does not by itself identify the fibre or every component. We can review composition, appearance and construction together using the chosen record, your specification and the complete sample.

Set the Brim Proportion and Edge
Mark the brim width, intended curve and edge appearance on the drawing. Keep any underside or binding requirement separate. A small change can alter how formal or relaxed the hat looks within the collection. Review the brim with the crown, so the approval reflects the intended whole silhouette.
| Part | Specify | Review together |
|---|---|---|
| Crown | Height, crease and pinch | Front and side silhouette |
| Brim | Width and curve | Balance with the crown |
| Edge | Binding or finish direction | Appearance on the sample |

Make the Band Part of the Collection Identity
A band can provide contrast, texture or a restrained place for branding. Share the width, material direction, colour and any trim detail. Review the attachment on the selected hat. We can discuss a coordinated range while keeping changes in band construction or decoration visible as separate version decisions.

Keep Private Label Components Consistent
Include inside labels, logo details and removable tags when they belong in your retail offer. Name the artwork version and identify the required content for each component. Private label planning helps connect those smaller parts with the hat itself, including the fit and feel of the inner finish.

Use the Sample to Review Fit and Appearance
Compare the finished hat with the marked measurements and drawing views. Check how the inner band and crown sit for the intended wearer. Record accepted details separately from requested changes. The sample decision should identify the version you want quoted, rather than approving every future colour or material by association.
- 01Compare the silhouette
- 02Check agreed measurements
- 03Review branding and finish
- 04Accept the named version

Plan the Retail Display and Delivery
Describe how the hats will be stored, displayed and delivered to your business. A brimmed shape may need a specific packing discussion. Keep any protection or presentation components in the order scope. Packing planning helps organise the details before a carton arrangement is treated as suitable for the finished design.

List the Range in Reviewable Versions
Identify quantities by size, material, colour and band combination. Add labels, destination and the launch milestone. We review minimum quantities, sample scope and timing around the actual specification. A version list makes it easier to see which products share a base construction and which require a separate discussion.
