Custom Reversible Bucket Hats with Two-Sided Artwork
A reversible bucket hat gives your customer two visible sides in one product. We develop custom hats around your design requirements, selected materials and artwork. Bring the two appearances you want to create, and we can review how the construction, branding and finish need to work when either side is worn outside.

Treat Both Sides as Finished Surfaces
A second side is more than a lining when the hat is intended to reverse. Name the material, colour and artwork for each face. Show the appearance from the crown to the brim. We can then discuss the complete product without leaving one visible surface defined only by an inside-fabric instruction.
| Design area | Side one | Side two |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric | Specified composition and appearance | Separate material requirement |
| Artwork | Named file and orientation | Named alternate design |
| Visible finish | Crown, seams and brim | The same review after reversing |

Review the Joining Edge Carefully
The brim edge is where the two surfaces meet visibly. Include the intended finish and any contrast stitching in the brief. Review the shape from both sides on the complete sample. A construction that looks right in one direction still needs to be checked when the hat is reversed.

Plan Artwork Across Panels and Direction
Show the orientation and important motifs for each design. Keep the relationship to seams and the crown-to-brim transition clear. A pattern may need different review points from a single logo. We can discuss the selected surface and decoration method together, using authorised files for both visible versions.

Coordinate Materials Without Assuming Equality
The two sides can have different appearances, but their combination needs a complete sample review. Specify each material separately and identify any required feel or shape. Avoid assuming that a fabric accepted for a single-sided hat will create the same result in a reversible construction. Material planning helps organise those component decisions.

Place Labels for a Reversible Product
A permanently visible label can become an outside detail after the hat is reversed. Include the intended label arrangement, content and attachment in the design brief. We can review how it works with both appearances. Keep required product information in the discussion instead of removing it simply to simplify the look.

Approve Fit in Both Wearing Directions
Check the intended measurements and wearing position with each side outside. Include the brim shape and inner contact areas in the review. Record any difference your team wants addressed. The accepted sample should identify both material and artwork versions, so one approved side does not silently approve a changed second side.
- 01Review side one
- 02Reverse the complete sample
- 03Check fit and finish again
- 04Accept both named designs

Give Each Colour Pair a Clear Identity
A two-sided range needs a clear pairing record. List which outer appearance belongs with which alternate side, including any different material or label arrangement. We can discuss the collection as a related family while keeping the pairs distinct. This helps your team organise samples, quantities and the retail description.

Quote the Complete Reversible Specification
Include quantities by size and design pair, along with packing, labels and destination. Share the milestone that matters to your collection. Sample arrangements, minimum quantities and timing depend on the actual combination. Comparable quotation planning helps keep a reversible design separate from a simpler single-sided reference.
- 01Both material specifications
- 02Both artwork versions
- 03Accepted reversible sample
- 04Quantities by design pair

Send Your Two-Sided Design Pack
Send the bucket-hat drawing, side-one and side-two materials, artwork files and pairing plan. Include label requirements, target sizes and quantities. We can review the complete reversible idea with you. Continue with bucket-hat shape planning and original artwork development as the design becomes more specific.
